Following the success of the 2007 Fiesta SportingTrophy International (FSTi), M-Sport have proposed a new look championship for the 2008 season by pioneering E85 bioethanol as a new environmentally positive, high performance control fuel on six rounds of the FIA World Rally Championship calendar.  M-Sport, the team behind the BP Ford Abu Dhabi World Rally Team, has developed a ‘green’ strategy to lead the way to a more sustainable future by showcasing CO2 efficient rallying.

FSTi enables competitors to embrace the high profile of the WRC in a cost effective way, while still receiving a polished level of co-ordination and management to a much higher standard than a private entrant would.  Central points of servicing, hospitality and a privileged media package ensure competitors are given a great opportunity to enjoy close competition in a well-supported environment.  FSTi provides excellent conditions for both experienced and novice drivers, co-drivers and teams, while helping the most talented drivers to the highest levels of performance, providing a perfect platform to enable them to take the next steps on the ladder towards a professional rally career.

FSTi offers media access to an international audience as it provides exciting and challenging competition on WRC rallies. Following six rounds of the WRC, competitors joining FST International will benefit from high profile events covering some of the most exciting stages in the world.
